REPLACE YOUR ESA CARD OR DOCUMENTS

Registered ESA Registry UK members can securely order replacement identification cards, certificates and certification letters. Your active registration must be verified before payment is opened.

Before ordering a replacement

This service is for existing ESA Registry UK members with an active registration. You will need your 12-digit registration number and the email address associated with your membership. A verification code will be sent before replacement ordering and payment are opened.

  • Select the replacement card or documents you require after your registration has been verified.
  • The displayed price for each item includes the delivery method stated beside that item.
  • Please check the UK delivery address carefully before making payment.
  • Your order will be prepared after successful payment confirmation. Postal delivery times depend on the selected Royal Mail service and destination.
