ESA Registry UK has supported people with hidden disabilities
and the animals that provide them with essential emotional
support since 2018.
Our work combines registration services, practical guidance,
member support, public education and real stories about the
difference Emotional Support Animals can make.
Supporting people since 2018
Since its establishment in 2018, ESA Registry UK has helped
people document the relationship they have with animals that
support their emotional wellbeing and daily lives. The service
has grown to support more than 14,000 registrations while
continuing to provide direct guidance to members, families,
support workers and professionals.
Our work includes registration administration, medical-evidence
guidance, housing and travel information, renewal support,
replacement documents and secure access to digital records
through the ESA Registry App.
The ESA Show shares original conversations with people whose
animals provide emotional support. Guests discuss their own
experiences, the relationship they have with their animals and
how that support affects everyday life.
Each published episode includes the video, a written
description and a searchable transcript, making these lived
experiences easier to find and revisit.
The following independent projects support ESA Registry UK's
work through clearly stated donation arrangements. No running
donation total is published on this page.

tribute to a pet who changed their life. Families can
share their pet's story, gather messages from people
who loved them and keep precious memories together.
From 1 October 2026, customers using the code
ESAREGISTRYUK receive 5% off their
qualifying purchase, and Pet Lives Remembered donates
15% of that qualifying sale to ESA Registry UK.
ESA Registry UK will continue providing practical information,
responsible registration services and direct support while
explaining clearly what registration does and does not provide.
Our aim is to help people communicate the role their animals
play without overstating legal recognition or promising
automatic access.
